We’ll start with a kickoff meeting to confirm the timeline, deliverables, and communication plan. From there, I’ll handle the heavy lifting while keeping you updated every step of the way. You’ll know exactly what’s coming next — and when to celebrate each milestone.

After 17 years as in-house HR, I started HR Formed because I wanted to make a bigger impact —and to do it on my own terms.
I love helping small teams get organized, create clarity, and build systems that actually make sense. Whether it’s designing onboarding programs, creating HR docs, or coaching new leaders, I’m all about practical solutions that make work feel easier. I’ve never been a big fan of “best practices”— I’d way rather find what actually works for you, your team, and your business.
That little cutie in the pictures with me is my daughter and she is, without a doubt, my biggest motivator and the main reason behind why I started HR Formed. In our spare time you’ll find us crafting, singing, reading books, going for walks, camping, thrifting, decorating our house (including more organizing), cooking, or just generally goofing around.
